If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! My kitchen's hot water pipe was leaking, which caused part of the floor to heat up and hot water to flow from the cold water tap. Oscar came by the next day to assess the issue and determined it was a slab leak that required the pipes to be replaced. Today, Oscar and his colleague started working at 9:30 AM and worked tirelessly until 5 PM, completing the job perfectly! They even patched up the holes and cleaned up all the mess afterward. If you need a plumber, look no further. I highly recommend them! They are professional, responsible, meticulous, and thorough. Their pricing is reasonable and worth every penny.

Couldn’t be happier with the work performed by Professional Plumbing, Inc and specifically Jon Cruz at my mom’s home on 5/4/24. After receiving news from a previously used local plumber of needed plumbing work, the bid they provided just seemed way to high for the level of work needed and didn’t include any details as to how the bid was calculated. My mom requested a detailed summary of the work they would complete even saying they would do so – and that detail never arrived. My mom then decided to obtain bids from two other outfits. One did not follow through with even showing up, let alone a provide an estimate. The third, Professional Plumbing, Inc did. The professional courtesy Jon provided was outstanding, along with excellent service Liz Barton provided in setting up the appointment. Jon was punctual, provided a detailed bid and completed the needed work earlier than anticipated. My mom couldn’t be happier with the work Professional Plumbing did. Highly recommend.

Our first floor bathroom had water dripping from an unknown source. Called Professional Plumbing (fountain valley) on a national holiday and wasn't expecting help right away. Thankfully they answered our call and Vince showed up within 2 hours and gave us a free estimate. He was very respectful, thoughtful and courteous to carefully move things aside so he could diagnose the problem. He tested the 2nd floor sink and found the source of the leaking quickly, one of our old pipes. He removed the rusted copper part and replaced a new one in an efficient manner. He got the job done quickly. We were impressed with how clean he kept our house even throughout the rainy day, laying down towels and wiping down our bathroom after he finished the work. Thanks Vince again for coming out on a rainy day and for his professional plumbing service. He was on time both days, gave us the best price we could find even when calling around, and offered great, honest advice throughout the process. We definitely recommend Professional Plumbing and will request Vince by name for our next job!

We used professional plumbing bathtub stopper replacement and unfortunately found an issue with a hairline crack in the tub either from installation or during manufacturing which made it difficult to reseal the pipes and make it watertight after the work was completed. Jay and the Professional Plumbing team came back and investigated the issue and even though we think it was not due to damage caused by their work they stood by their warranty and offered to cover the cost of repair and reconnecting the plumbing to address the issue for us. It is rare to find a plumbing company who stand by their company name and standard of work and are willing to provide this level of customer service to ensure customers are satisfied. I would highly recommend Jay and his team at Professional Plumbing due to the quality of plumbing work and willingness to work with their customers to provide the best possible service.

We had a kitchen sink back-up on a Sunday afternoon while preparing for dinner. After searching for an emergency plumbing service with good reviews and availability, I found Professional Plumbing, Inc. Professional Plumbing is not simply a rooter service, and I was informed that, though they were willing to help, they would not necessarily be the least expensive option. After receiving an basic estimate (indeed likely higher than a basic drain clearing service), I opted to use Professional Plumbing Inc. for several reasons. First, they were forthcoming with their pricing policy. Secondly I felt comfortable with their experience level. And, in these challenging days due to Covid-19, I appreciated the fact that they are taking extra precautions. I was contacted by Oscar prior to his arrival to inform me he was on his way. He arrived, as advertised, wearing an N-95 mask and gloves for his and our protection from the virus. Oscar was professional, knowledgeable, and informative relative to his plan for isolating the problem and the possible solutions that might be necessary, And he resolved the problem quickly. Kudos to the entire Professional Plumbing Inc team!
